Nebule Games is a video game and multimedia product development and publishing company based in France, with its headquarters located at 132 Impasse de Beaucaire, 30650 Rochefort-du-Gard, registered under the identification number 893 577 171 (“Nebule Games” or “We”). This privacy policy applies to our products and services, including but not limited to, our websites and video games (hereinafter referred to as the “Services”).

Nebule Games collects and processes Personal Data on the principle of data minimization, which means reducing it to what is strictly necessary. We use the data only for the initial purpose for which it was collected.

Our company aims to be ethical and considerate, whether in social, environmental, or commercial matters. Therefore, we do not engage in any marketing tracking. Furthermore, we do not sell any personal data to third parties—ever.

  • Platform type, devices, and components;

  • In-game activity, including but not limited to achievements, play style, and playtime;
  • Bug reports;
  • Reviews;
  • Multiplayer sessions;
  • Friends list;
3.2. Sharing Data with Third Parties

Nebule Games only shares Data with a third party if it is strictly necessary and the third party is capable of maintaining the same level of security while committing to comply with applicable laws. We may exchange information with the following partners:

  • Online payment provider or bank (for online purchases);
  • Developer(s) working on our games (bug reporting);
  • Host provider that supports our website and online store;
  • Anti-bot tools for online form validation;
3.3. List of Third-Party Partners

3.4 Data Retention Period

Data is retained as long as the User uses the Services and/or is a customer of Nebule Games. We automatically delete any Data that is not strictly necessary for maintaining and improving our Services within a reasonable period of thirteen (13) months.

4. USER RIGHTS AND CONTROL MECHANISMS

The User can exercise the right to access, modify, or delete the collected Data concerning them by simply requesting it via mail to the headquarters of Nebule Games or through our support form: https://beyondastra.com/support.

To exercise the right to access, modify, or delete this Data, the User must provide their name, first name, date of birth, and a copy of their identity document to be properly identified and to ensure that they are indeed the owner of the Data concerned.
You understand that we are obliged to process certain personal information about you to provide our Services. Therefore, you cannot object to all the uses we make of your Personal Data while continuing to ask us to provide our Services.

However, it is possible to unsubscribe at any time via a link provided in our Newsletters, resulting in the deletion of your email address from our marketing database within 48 hours.

You acknowledge that we may collect data derived from our video games and/or the use of our Services, notably from your devices (computer, web browser, IP address, operating system, etc.). This Data does not allow us to identify an individual and is useful to us to maintain and improve our Services.

5. DATA PROTECTION

We use all available means to protect the Data we collect. This Data is stored on private and secure servers, in compliance with applicable privacy regulations. If transactions occur to or from our website, the transmitted information is encrypted using TLS (Transport Layer Security) connections.

Moreover, data access is strictly limited to a very small number of personnel.
We also implement backup methods to minimize the loss, misuse, and alteration of the data we process.

We encourage you to remain vigilant when sharing Data with other Users of our website or our products and services. Malicious people may impersonate us or our team. Please note that Nebule Games will never ask you for sensitive data, such as a password.
